Data Deletion

How to ask Alamgir Travel Point Services to delete the information we hold about you. Last updated 25 October 2026.

1. How to ask

  • Send a WhatsApp message to +92 300 2814048, or an email to alamgirtravel@yahoo.com with the subject "Delete my data", or visit our office.
  • Tell us your name and the mobile number or email you used with us, so we can find your information.
  • We confirm on WhatsApp or by email once it is deleted.

2. What we delete

  • Your contact details, enquiries and messages.
  • Your account on this website, if you have one.
  • Copies of your travel documents (passport details, photograph, CNIC copy).

3. What we may have to keep

Records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and payments, and the details of a trip that is booked and not yet completed, until it is completed or cancelled. We tell you if anything has to be kept.

4. Facebook and Instagram

Our Meta app only publishes posts and runs ads on our own Facebook Page and Instagram account. It does not sign you in and holds no information from your Facebook or Instagram account, so there is nothing to delete there. To remove a message you sent us on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, delete it in the app or ask us to delete it on our side.
