Terms & Conditions

Alamgir Travel Point Services, Balad Trade Center, Karachi. These terms apply to Hajj, Umrah, visa, air ticket and tour bookings made through this website, on WhatsApp, by phone or at our office.

1. Our services

We arrange Hajj and Umrah packages, Umrah and visit visas, air tickets, and international and domestic tours.

  • Hajj packages are operated under the Government of Pakistan Hajj licence of Karwan-e-Islamia (Pvt) Ltd (Hajj licence No. 4174-2898/K, Saudi Munazzam No. 2898).
  • Umrah transport in Saudi Arabia is provided by Rukab Al-Mamlakah Transport (Nusuk registered).

2. Rates and availability

  • Rates are in Pakistani rupees (PKR), per person, and depend on room sharing (quint 5, quad 4, triple 3 or double 2 persons per room). Room upgrades are shown on each package page.
  • Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.

3. Booking and confirmation

  • You can book on this website, on WhatsApp (+92 300 2814048), by phone, or at our office.
  • Your seats are confirmed by our team, who then guide you through the documents.
  • You can pay online or at our office.

4. Travel documents

For an Umrah visa we need a passport valid for at least 6 months, a recent photograph and a copy of your CNIC. Our team tells you if anything else is needed for your group.

5. Flights, hotels and itinerary

Flights, hotels, dates and inclusions are as shown on each package page. Where a hotel is listed as "or similar", a hotel of a similar standard may be used.

6. Saudi Ministry changes

Any changes made by the Saudi Ministry are charged as per the applicable policy.
