Privacy Policy

How Alamgir Travel Point Services uses the information you give us when you visit this website, ask about a package or book with us (on this website, on WhatsApp, by phone or at our office). Last updated 25 October 2026.

1. What we collect

  • Your contact details: name, mobile / WhatsApp number and email, when you send an enquiry, place an order or message us.
  • Your booking: the package or service, travel dates, room sharing and the travellers in your group.
  • Travel documents, only when a booking or visa needs them: passport details, photograph and a copy of your CNIC.
  • Payments: what you paid and when. If you pay online, the payment is handled by the payment provider: we do not see or keep your card details.
  • Website use: cookies that make the site work (sign-in, cart, language) and a count of visits and pages viewed. Links in our social media posts and ads carry tags that tell us which post or ad brought a visitor.

2. How we use it

  • To answer your questions, prepare your booking, apply for your visa, issue tickets and hotel vouchers, and keep you informed about your trip.
  • To keep the records of our bookings and payments.
  • To see which pages, posts and ads interest people, so we can improve our offers.

We do not sell your information.

3. Who we share it with

Only with those who need it to deliver your booking:

  • airlines, hotels and transport companies (in Saudi Arabia, Rukab Al-Mamlakah Transport);
  • the Saudi authorities and the Nusuk platform for Umrah visas, and embassies for visit visas;
  • for Hajj, Karwan-e-Islamia (Pvt) Ltd, whose Government of Pakistan Hajj licence our Hajj packages are operated under;
  • and authorities when the law requires it.

4. Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp

We publish posts and run ads on our own Facebook Page and Instagram account through a Meta app. This app does not sign you in and does not give us any information from your Facebook or Instagram account. When you message us on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, your message is also handled under Meta's own privacy policy.

5. How long we keep it

As long as needed for your booking and its follow-up, and as long as the law requires us to keep booking and payment records. Copies of travel documents are only used for the booking they were given for.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you: see Data deletion.
